Development and construction client for Utley Properties/Utley Construction.  This client was a former tenant who outgrew their previous space.  From conception to completion, Utley worked with the client to build a custom property just for them.  This property includes a large open work area, numerous private offices, conference room, lounge and break area, a full gym, and locker rooms.  The team at Utley worked closely with the client to uncover their needs and desires for a space.  From there, Utley Construction went to work to complete this gem of a property.
