Director of Marketing, Sales & Leasing
Brian serves as the Director of Marketing, Sales, & Leasing for Utley Properties. Within this role, Brian is responsible for the creation, implementation, and ongoing direction of the marketing plan to promote the company, properties, and services with respect to commercial real estate, brokerage, construction, and development.
Prior to joining Utley Properties Brian co-founded a real estate investment firm focusing on acquiring undervalued and distresses properties, renovating, and repositioning the properties, and either selling the properties or holding it in the firm’s investment portfolio. In two years, the firm built a real estate rental portfolio of over 20 properties and completed many more buy & sell transactions. The firm earned its investors over 38% annualized ROI during Brian’s time at the firm. While at the firm Brian focused on acquisitions, asset management, renovations, and property management for the company.
Brian is a seasoned real estate veteran who was formerly with the real estate investment and development firm Hamilton & Holliman, where his duties included overseeing renovation projects, new home construction, and property management. Prior to joining Hamilton & Holliman, Brian worked as a portfolio manager for Wright Property Management, where he was directly responsible for over 15 multifamily properties, numbering over 1300 doors. While at Wright, Brian worked hand in hand with the boards of directors of each property in implementing strategies that would most effectively and efficiently run each property. Before his real estate career, Brian worked in private wealth management and fixed income investment sales for companies such as Morgan Stanley.
Real Estate investing first became an interest to Brian while he was researching alternative investments for his clients at Morgan Stanley. His interest grew from there until he made the decision to focus all his efforts on growing his personal portfolio of real estate investments, along with his clients’. Brian has a passion for helping others achieve a healthy and risk averse return on investment while growing wealth and passive income.

Brian graduated from the University of Mississippi where he studied Managerial Finance and Marketing. Prior to attending the University of Mississippi, Brian attended the University of Mobile, where he was on the men’s soccer team.
