As an accomplished builder, Mark Jr heads up all construction efforts for the organization. Utley Construction develops and builds projects in both commercial and residential real estate.

Some of Mark Jr’s projects include the Tractor Supply in Senatobia, MS, the Bank of America building in Memphis, and the new East Lake Neighborhood in Hernando, MS.
