At Utley Properties, our motto is “A Real Estate Tradition” because spanning three generations; we have helped shape the real estate industry in the Mid-South. The company began in the 1950’s with Walter A. Utley developing 33 recreational-resort communities in seventeen states.

In the 1980s Mark D. Utley led the company into commercial real estate and mortgage banking. Mark Utley, Jr, is a graduate of the University of Mississippi, now working for Utley Properties as the Construction Manager, New Homes Construction, Home & Land Sales

Today Utley Properties is involved in general contracting, real estate development, property management, brokerage of retail, office, and land as well as Build-To-Suits.
