The Addison plan features 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms (2 up and 2 down). For this build, lot 3, we will add a 1/2 bath downstairs in the pantry space and create a larger walk-in pantry by splitting the study area. The kitchen features lots of kitchen cabinets – 42″ uppers and the largest island of all our plans. There is an overhang on 3 sides of the island. Like the others, this home will feature a 36″ gas cooktop, double ovens, built-in microwave, dishwasher and decorative vent hood. Cabinet doors and drawers are soft close. Master bathroom features walk-through shower and soaker tub, linen closet, lots of vanity space and adjoins a HUGE walk through closet that’s connected to the laundry room as well. This home also features the largest covered rear porch. The greatroom has a 42″ gas fireplace with custom built-in base cabinets and shelving (not shown on the plan). We’ve added space to both closets upstairs and increased the attic space as well now able to access of the hallway instead of through the closet.
